Pamper your kitty with a handmade, beautiful ceramic water fountain of his or her own. Any of my tabletop fountains can safely be used as a source of water for your cat.

Does your cat wait at the sink for you to turn on the water or enjoy taking a drink from your cup?  If so, he or she would love to have fresh running water of his or her own.  Since water from a fountain is constantly recirculating and being exposed to the air, it is reoxygenated and freshened, as opposed to a bowl of water that sits to stagnate.

I discovered this kitty love for running water when I brought my newly created fountains home to the kitchen sink for testing.  My two cats were on the counter right alongside with me "testing" them as well.  I had to put them in another room to get anything done.  It was then I realized how great it would be to have a beautiful piece of art in my kitchen, as opposed to a plastic fountain or a standard pet bowl.  Since then I have had many happy kitty customers.

I recommend a size and style similar to the one pictured below, since they can choose to drink from the top, sides or basin bowl.  I can also create a matching bowl for food.  Please see my "tabletop fountains" portfolio for available fountains. A custom fountain can always be ordered as well.

If your cat decides not to use the fountain for his or her water source, keep it for yourself, or return for a full refund.

I don't recommend using the fountains for dogs because dogs require more water than cats, which may result in inadequate water in the fountain basin from which the pump draws.   Also, dogs do not seem to have the natural attraction to running water that cats do.  However, if you do want a fountain for your small dog, contact me to discuss creating a fountain with an extra large basin.

Please keep your fountain full of fresh water and clean regularly, as you would any other pet bowl.  Fountains can be placed in the dishwasher or cleaned with dish detergent, once the pump is removed.
